No— The built skirt is not designed for swimming. Abundantlea was created to offer a high-performance modest gym skirt, and building it for all-purpose use would compromise the performance, comfort, and durability it provides during workouts. Every detail, from the fabric to the fit, is optimized for movement, sweat-support, and active training—not water immersion.

Yes! We would love to offer modest swimwear in the future. Because swimwear requires specific materials, testing, and fit considerations, we plan to conduct surveys and product trials first. Our goal is to design swim pieces that make you feel comfortable, modest, and stylish—and getting the fit right is key.

Expanding sizes requires more than simply scaling up patterns. It involves creating new patterns, working with dedicated plus-size fit models, and performing additional testing to ensure the garment fits properly and performs beautifully. It wouldn’t be fair to offer extended sizes without doing this work—our customers deserve quality, thoughtful design, and confidence in every piece. We do plan on adding sizes beyond XXL in the future.
