Fit & Measurement Guide

Your Guide to the Perfect Fit for Abundantlea High-Performance Modest Activewear

How do I know what size to order

Every Abundantlea piece includes a detailed sizing chart with measurements for bust, waist, hips, and length. We recommend comparing these measurements to your own body rather than relying solely on your usual size. This ensures the best fit for modesty, comfort, and performance.

What if I’m between sizes

If you fall between two sizes, consider the fit you prefer:

More fitted/athletic feel: choose the smaller size

More relaxed/comfy fit: choose the larger size
Your comfort and confidence in movement are our top priorities.

Are your skirted leggings true to size

Yes! Our garments are designed for high-performance movement. Skirts and leggings feature stretch fabrics that move with you, and they are designed to fit and feel like traditional high-performance compression athletic leggings. Sizing follows standard measurements, so we recommend checking our size chart for the most accurate fit.

Do you offer plus sizes

Currently, we offer sizes up to XXL. Producing larger sizes requires dedicated patterns, fit testing, and quality assurance to ensure your garment performs and feels comfortable. We plan to expand in the future. If you’re interested in being a plus-size fit model or tester, email [email protected] with the subject: “Plus Size Tester/Fit Model.”

How should I measure myself

For the most accurate fit:

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Keep the tape snug but not tight, and take measurements while standing straight.

Also, look for the detailed guided instructions on this page.

Do your garments shrink or stretch

Our fabrics are pre-washed and engineered to maintain their shape. Light stretching during movement is normal, but the fit should remain consistent after washing when care instructions are followed.

Can I adjust the fit of a skirt or leggings

No—because our garments are specifically designed for high-performance movement, they cannot be adjusted. We recommend selecting the size that best matches your measurements for a secure and comfortable fit.

To provide options for different preferences, we offer:

Skirt lengths: 18-inch and 21-inch

Leggings: 7/8 length, sitting just above the ankle

This ensures you get a performance-focused fit that moves with you while maintaining coverage and modesty.

Why are your garments designed this way

Every Abundantlea piece is thoughtfully designed for modest, high-performance activewear. Accurate fit ensures comfort, confidence, and full range of motion, whether you’re at the gym, running errands, or engaging in everyday movement.

A Note of Encouragement

Your size is not your worth. You are beloved, chosen, and equipped for every good work. Our garments are here to serve the vessel that carries your calling.

If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the fit that allows you to move freely and feel confident. Need guidance? We're here to help! Email us directly with subject line “size help” at [email protected]

HOW TO MEASURE

Measurement guide chart for Abundantlea modes activewear for women site

For the most accurate fit:

Measuring tip: Keep the tape snug but not tight, and take measurements while standing straight. NOTE: Have someone else measure you for better accuracy

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Accurate measurements help ensure your activewear feels comfortable and offers the coverage you prefer. Measuring too tightly can make a piece feel a bit snug, while adding extra inches may lead to a looser fit. For the best results, take your time with your measurements and use them just as they are when choosing your size.
