Through this Site and our mobile platforms, we offer products, services, and features designed to inspire and to serve you with dignity and care. These offerings—collectively referred to as “Abundantlea Services”—are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Service. By using Abundantlea Services, you are entering into a relationship of trust and mutual understanding. We kindly ask that you read these Terms. They include important details such as arbitration agreements, limitations on liability, and your rights as a valued customer and member of our community. When you access or use our Site, mobile applications, or any Abundantlea product or service on your device—whether a phone, tablet, computer, or console—you affirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. We believe in clear and honest communication. All agreements, updates, and notices we share with you electronically are considered valid and binding. We’re committed to keeping you informed in a way that honors your time and your privacy.

Gift Cards & Store Credit

At Abundantlea, we offer digital gift cards and store credit as a way to bless others and share beauty through modest fashion. These are provided in good faith and on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not make guarantees—express or implied—regarding their performance, merchantability, or suitability for a particular purpose. If a gift card or store credit is found to be non-functional, our commitment is to replace it with care and integrity. Risk Of Loss/ Title

We handle each order with care and intention. Once your purchase is sent to the carrier for delivery, the responsibility for its safe arrival passes to you. If a package is reported as not received, we will diligently investigate the matter. Any adjustments or credits to your account will be made at our discretion, guided by fairness and integrity.

Sales & Use Taxes

We are committed to honoring both our values and the laws that govern our business. In alignment with this responsibility, we may collect sales tax in any jurisdiction where we believe it is required by law. We may also collect fees related to tariff taxes or surcharges when necessary to fulfill our obligations. Please note that in certain states, your purchase may be subject to use tax—even if it was made online or through remote means—unless specifically exempt. Account Responsibility & Stewardship

As a member of our community, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, including your password and all activity that occurs under your login—whether or not that activity was authorized by you. This includes communications, transactions, and any obligations made through your account. We ask that you accept this responsibility with care and diligence. Abundantlea cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access, breaches of security, or misuse of your account credentials. We trust that your use of Abundantlea Services reflects a spirit of honesty and alignment with these Terms of Service. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account. While we are here to support you, we are not obligated to investigate the source of account activity following a valid login using your registered credentials.

Account Suspension & Termination

In rare circumstances, Abundantlea may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, limit, or terminate your account. This may occur due to:

A breach of these Terms of Service

A request from law enforcement

Technical or security concerns

Extended inactivity

Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful behavior

Or simply at our discretion

We make these decisions with the intention of protecting our community and business. Abundantlea shall not be held liable to you or any third party for such actions.

Sharing Content With Abundantlea

When you share content—such as comments, ideas, photos, or feedback—through Abundantlea Services, you grant us permission to use it freely, in ways that may support our mission, products, or community. This includes the right to publish, adapt, or share your contributions without compensation or obligation. We trust that what you share reflects truth, kindness, and respect for others. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your content, and for ensuring it does not violate any laws or rights. Abundantlea reserves the right to remove or decline content at its discretion, without notice. Please know that while we welcome your voice, we are not liable for any harm caused by reliance on user-submitted content. By posting, you agree to hold Abundantlea and its team harmless from any claims or damages arising from your submissions.

Product Information & Pricing

We strive to present our products with care and accuracy. However, prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice as we continue to grow and refine our offerings. If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, withdraw or adjust any stated offer to ensure clarity and fairness. We’ve made every effort to display product colors as faithfully as possible, but please understand that variations in screen settings may affect how colors appear. Some items may become unavailable or discontinued, and pricing may be updated accordingly.

While we aim for excellence in every detail, we are not responsible for typographical errors related to pricing or product information.

Order Acceptance & Graceful Adjustments

Every order placed through Abundantlea Services is received with gratitude and care. However, we reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion, whether or not it has been confirmed. This may happen for various reasons, and we do so prayerfully and without obligation or liability to you or others. If your payment has already been processed for an order that we must cancel, we will issue a full refund with integrity and promptness. Our goal is always to serve you with honesty, fairness, and grace in every interaction.

Intellectual Property & Creative Stewardship

At Abundantlea, we believe that creativity is a gift, and we are committed to honoring the work entrusted to us. All content on this Site—including text, images, graphics, code, software, and the way these elements are arranged—is either owned by or licensed to Abundantlea and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. This includes our logos, product names, designs, phrases, videos, and other creative expressions, which may be registered trademarks in the United States and beyond. These creative works are part of our calling to serve with excellence, and we ask that you respect them accordingly. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of Abundantlea’s intellectual property without our prior written permission. Use with Care & Responsibility

By purchasing, wearing, or using Abundantlea LLC products, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You understand that physical activity and exercise—while beneficial—carry inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, strain, or accident. Our apparel is thoughtfully designed for women who are athletes that pursue modesty and movement with purpose, but it is not a substitute for personal discernment or professional guidance. Abundantlea LLC, along with its owners, team members, and affiliates, is not liable for any injury, harm, or damage—whether direct or indirect—that may result from the use or misuse of our products. By choosing to use our products, you willingly accept all associated risks and release Abundantlea LLC from any and all claims related to such use. If you have any uncertainty about the suitability of our products for your physical activity, we encourage you to seek the wisdom of a qualified health or fitness professional before use. We are honored to serve you and trust that you will use our products with care and intention.

Accountability & Protection

By using Abundantlea Services, you agree to take full responsibility for your actions and the content you share. You also agree to protect and hold harmless Abundantlea—along with its parent company, affiliates, team members, and agents—from any claims, losses, legal actions, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that may arise from:

> Content or information submitted or shared by you or anyone using your account

> Use of Abundantlea Services through your account, including any negligent or harmful behavior

> Any breach or attempted breach of these Terms of Service

This includes, but is not limited to, interactions with other users or participation offered through our platform. We ask that you walk in integrity and grace, honoring the trust placed in you as a member of our community.

California Privacy Rights

In accordance with California Civil Code Sections 1798.83–1798.84, residents of California have the right to request a notice detailing the categories of personal information Abundantlea may share with third parties or affiliated partners for their direct marketing purposes. This notice will include the types of information shared, along with the names and addresses of those third parties or affiliates. If you are a California resident and would like to receive this notice, please send a written request to the address below. Kindly specify that you are requesting the “Your Abundantlea California Privacy Rights Notice.” We ask for your patience, as responses may take up to 30 days.

Agreement & Understanding

These Terms of Service represent the full and complete understanding between you and Abundantlea regarding your use of our Services. They replace any previous agreements and serve as the foundation for how we walk together in trust and integrity. Certain areas of our Services may carry additional terms, which will also guide your experience with care and clarity. Abundantlea reserves the right to end this agreement and limit access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe there has been a breach of these Terms. We do so thoughtfully and in alignment with our responsibility to protect the community. This agreement does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Abundantlea. If we choose not to enforce a particular provision, it does not mean we waive our right to do so in the future. Should any part of these Terms be deemed invalid by law, the remaining provisions will continue to stand.

You may not transfer your rights or responsibilities under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms are binding upon Abundantlea’s successors and partners. Section titles are provided simply for ease of reading and hold no legal weight
