Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from Abundantlea. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. We gladly accepts eligible merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be unused, in perfect, sellable condition, with original tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns incur a $15 restocking fee, which helps us create thoughtfully, serve you better long-term, and maintain sustainability.

New Condition: Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Returns with makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, strong scents, or any other marks will not be accepted. If items are returned in any of these outlined conditions the customer will be notified via email and if items are to be returned the customer is responsible for shipping costs. 

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

Items purchased at 50% off or more

Items marked “final sale”

Oh no! We’ve got you. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll review your claim and take care of it quickly.

Please note: Color variations due to monitor settings, lighting, or photography are not considered damage. Damage caused by improper care or not following the care instructions is also not eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement.

> List of items you wish to return or exchange

Once we receive your request, we’ll personally guide you through the next steps. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within30 days of delivery, and items should be unworn with all original tags attached. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your request.

Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your returned items. Once received, we’ll refund the purchase price, including any taxes charged, minus the $15 restocking fee. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
